💬 General
Are all of our photos edited?
Yes! Every photo is fully edited for color, exposure, and tone — exactly how I envision them.
Where are you based, and do you travel?
I'm based in Utah County, but I love to travel! Just reach out for custom travel pricing if you’re outside the area.
Is there a travel cost for different locations?
Travel costs are included in the package you select. If the session is far outside my usual area, I’ll let you know about any extra costs ahead of time.
📅 Booking & Payments
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit is due when you book to reserve your date. The rest is due 30 days before your event.
If you request extra time on the day of your event, it’ll be billed afterward. This applies to elopement's and wedding packages all other packages require 100% of payment at the time of booking.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Flexible payment plans are available — just ask and we’ll work something out that fits your budget.
Is there a rescheduling fee for weather or emergencies?
If you give at least one week’s notice, there’s no fee. Otherwise, a $100 rescheduling fee applies.
What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel, the initial deposit is non-refundable. However, I’m happy to transfer your deposit to a future session date if notice is given early enough.
How far in advance should we book?
Weddings often book 2–12 months in advance. For smaller sessions (like engagements or family shoots), 2–3 Weeks is usually fine but the sooner, the better!
🖼 Photo Delivery
How will we receive our photos?
You’ll get a private online gallery to download, share, and even order prints.
When will we get our photos?
Usually within 3-5 days! Weddings may take up to a week, but I am well known for quick turnarounds.
How long does editing take?
Most sessions are fully edited in 1–5 days. Weddings can take a little longer, but I keep the turnaround fast and efficient.
Do you deliver RAW or unedited photos?
No, I only deliver final edited images they reflect the style and quality I stand by.
How many photos will we receive?
It depends on the session, for more information look on the pricing page.
🎯 Preparation & Planning
What should we wear?
I recommend neutral colors and coordinating tones. I never recommend small patterns in clothing.
Do we need to bring props or anything else?
Only if you want to! I love incorporating your personal ideas or props, but it’s totally optional.
Will you help us pose or guide us?
Yes 100%! I’ll guide you the entire time so you feel confident, comfortable, and natural in front of the camera I will often show you photos on my phone of poses to choose from as well.
Can we bring our pets or kids to the session?
Absolutely they’re part of your story! Just give me a heads-up so I can prepare accordingly. May be an additional cost.
How do you handle lighting or bad weather?
I’m experienced with all types of natural and artificial light. If the weather turns, I like to try and keep going with the shoot it really can make the photos turn out so much better! Some of my best photos have been in bad weather. If the weather gets to extreme I offer resculing for another day. Bridals are the only photos I try and Completely avoid the bad weather.
